Refund Policy

Our commitment to quality engineering and transparency regarding digital product transactions.

1. Final Sale Notice

All purchases of Math Rocks Dice Premium (the “Digital Product”) are final. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you are gaining immediate access to digital content and that no refunds will be issued once the purchase is processed and the content is delivered to your account or device.

2. Transaction Fees and Operational Costs

SebaSOFT Inc. maintains a strict “No Refund” policy due to the following business constraints:

  • Irreversibility of Fees: Third-party payment processors (such as itch.io, Stripe, or PayPal) charge non-refundable transaction fees for every purchase. These fees are not returned to SebaSOFT Inc. in the event of a refund, resulting in a direct financial loss to the studio.
  • Digital Nature of Goods: Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned” or “restocked.” Once the Premium license key or digital asset is accessed, the value has been fully transferred to the user.

3. Technical Failure and Support

We stand by the quality of our engineering. While we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or “accidental purchase,” we are committed to your experience:

  • If you encounter a verified technical defect that prevents the Software from functioning as described, please contact the SebaSOFT Support Team.
  • We will prioritize providing a technical fix, a patched version, or a manual license reset.
  • Refunds will only be considered as a last resort in extreme cases of irreparable software failure, as determined solely by SebaSOFT Inc. technical auditors.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws. However, please be advised that in many jurisdictions (including the EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the download or streaming has started, provided you have consented to this at the time of purchase.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

SebaSOFT Inc. is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your payment platform account. We recommend securing your payment methods with two-factor authentication (2FA). Any disputes regarding unauthorized charges must be handled directly through your payment provider (e.g., your bank or itch.io support).
